Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the ASKINDUSTRY website, placing an order, or engaging our manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

ASKINDUSTRY operates exclusively as a B2B (business-to-business) manufacturer and exporter. All orders are considered commercial transactions.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have authority to bind your organization to these terms and are purchasing for legitimate business purposes.

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, currency fluctuations, and order specifications.

Production begins only after (a) written confirmation of your order, (b) approval of digital mockups, and (c) receipt of the agreed deposit.

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), Wise, Payoneer, and PayPal. Payment methods are subject to change.

For large container orders, Letter of Credit (LC) terms may be available upon request.

We provide digital 3D mockups for all custom orders at no additional charge. Physical samples are available for a fee, which is credited back on the bulk order.

Once a sample or digital mockup is approved in writing, bulk production proceeds as per the approved specification.

Minor variations in color (up to ±5% Pantone tolerance) and fabric texture may occur due to manufacturing processes and are not considered defects.

Lead times quoted are estimates based on standard production schedules and do not include shipping transit time or customs clearance delays.

We ship on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms to most destinations via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight.

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery confirmation at the destination address.

All designs, logos, and artwork you provide to us remain your property. By submitting files, you confirm you have the legal right to use them.

We do not reproduce, resell, or distribute your designs to any third party without your written consent.

The ASKINDUSTRY brand, website content, and internal manufacturing processes are our exclusive intellectual property.

We stand behind every garment we produce. If a product has a manufacturing defect or sizing discrepancy outside our documented tolerance, we will remake or refund that item at no cost.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the shipment, with photographic evidence.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are manufactured to your unique specifications.

ASKINDUSTRY's total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific order in question.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or third-party claims.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration in Sialkot, Pakistan.

International orders may also be subject to the trade laws of the buyer's jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements.

Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
